Coordinator Process Management Customer Service

Our clientis a digital bank providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening, budgeting tools, mobile payments, and more, all designed to make banking easier for its customers.

Your tasks include:

• You analyze relevant KPIs, derive strategic measures from them, and continuously develop customer service.
  

• You define and document new customer service processes, monitor their implementation, and manage projects for process optimization and quality assurance.
  

• You coordinate external service providers and ensure that their performance meets the agreed quality standards.
  

• You act as the central contact person for our client's communication tool and are responsible for its effective use and further development.
  

• You handle regulatory documentation, carefully record all required information, and work closely with other departments to achieve measurable improvements.
  

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree or above-average vocational training, ideally with a focus on business/economics.
  

• You bring initial professional experience in operations, customer service, or process management—preferably with a digital or technical focus.
  

• You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and derive strategic measures from them.
  

• You work in a structured and independent way and have the ability to think about processes holistically, design them, and implement them sustainably.
  

• You stand out through strong communication skills and team orientation and work effectively both internally and with external service providers.
  

• Business-fluent German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills round off your profile.
