Your tasks

  • In this role you will develop and implement processes and tools for the entire purchasing organization (covering both direct and indirect spend) and represent Purchasing in cross-functional process development initiatives
  • You lead RKWs Purchasing organization through its next digitalization steps working closely with your counterpart in IT
  • Taking responsibility for ESG topics within Purchasing will be a key part of your tasks
  • As the SAP key user for Purchasing you will play a central part in optimizing our systems
  • You will work closely with colleagues from other departments such as IT and Finance
  • Youll become a valued member of a strong Purchasing team

Your strengths

  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
  • You bring several years of experience either in a purchasing role (with a strong process and IT affinity) or in an IT / process development position with strong involvement in purchasing systems and processes
  • Profound knowledge of purchasing business processes (such as Purchase to Pay and Source to Contract) and the relevant tools sets you apart
  • You are fluent in both German and English written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills and proven project management experience define your working style
  • You have advanced SAP and MS Office skills
  • Finally you consider yourself a true team player
