Contract Manager (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the preparation and compilation of tender documents for hydropower and dams projects based on the FIDIC suite and lead related contract negotiations
• You support and manage our interdisciplinary teams at site in all contractual aspects (contract management variation orders or disputes) as Owners engineer
• Project management in the planning of hydropower plants and control of interdisciplinary engineering teams lies in your hand
• Your role entails checking and analyzing construction schedules and cost claims to their legitimation
• You participate in the preparation of technical offers for engineering services and support in contract negotiations

• You have completed civil engineer studies with focus on construction management or contract management
• You have at least 5 to 10 years in contract management and of related professional experience ideally including several years abroad
• You are proficient with FIDIC contracts
• Initial experience in the field of BIM would be desirable
• You have project expertise in international and German-speaking countries
• You are willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required
• You speak English at native speaker level and are fluent in German; additional foreign languages would be an advantage
