For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment :

your responsibilities :

The Jobholder will work as Industrial Integration Manager for the Industrial Integration Team as part ofthe A320 Family Programme configuration management. It will be their responsiblity to ensure that theCustomization Configuration industrial integration perimeter is in accordance with Customer definition asper process / quality / lead time and cost. Their main tasks and responsibilities will include the followingactivities

  • Perform the Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory Customer Optionsrequests
  • Identify any Industrial risks / constraints and monitor Deliverables vs Programme Planning, bridgingwith Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Plants, FAL etc
  • Perform and consolidate the Industrial Integration of any version reallocation and ensureappropriate monitoring of any industrial risks / constraints
  • Support Project & Chief Engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments,systems crisis and ensure Programme robustness in fleet integration
  • Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to ensure on time deliveryperformance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead in continuous improvement of general Industrial processes and tool projects as well assimplify the customization process to support Rate Increase
  • Support Digitalization and associated Lean opportunities

personal requirements :

  • High-tuned communication, presentation & influencing skills towards all management levels - internallyand externally
  • Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
  • Team player with multi-cultural awareness

    • professional training / studies :

  • Technical studies at least Bachelor's degreeor
  • Economics at least Bachelor's degree

    • work experience :

  • Configuration Management for at least 3 years
  • Manufacturing / production at least over 2 years
  • Manufacturing engineering at least 4 years

    • languages :

  • Business fluent German
  • Business fluent English
  • French an advantage

    • additional qualifications :

  • Knowledge of methods of financial fundamentals (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast...)desirable

    • IT :

  • Google Workspace an advantage

    • expertise :

  • Project management an advantage
  • Aerospace Advantage
  • Stakeholder management an advantage
  • Knowledge of Aircraft IT Configuration and Industrial Systems (ICC, ACC2, ACP,...) fromAdvantage
