Responsibilities :

Support and further development of the integrated management system (ISO9001 etc.)

Independent planning, preparation and implementation of external audits (customers, certification bodies)

Head of quality assurance as QMB for production operations

Further development of processes for quality assurance

Supporting production to comply with quality specifications and raising awareness

Processing & management of complaints incl. root cause analysis

Preparation of test certificates for customers

Sample dispatch for customers and test laboratories

Primary management of the test laboratory including incoming goods and production inspections

Key Users of Quality Software

Qualifications :

Textile Technician / Plastics Technician or Materials Scientist (Bachelor or Master)

Experience in ISO9001 standard and certification

Internal ISO9001 auditor is an advantage

Languages : English and German

Leadership skills

Team oriented / cooperative style

Analytical and structural working style
