As Manager Market Intelligence and Strategy you have the opportunity to drive market model updates, orchestrate strategic planning and manage market intelligence activities.

In this way you help us, for example, to give insights into the semiconductor market development, allocate resources effectively, enable top-management decisions, and increase profitability.

You will be part of the Business Intelligence and Development (BID) team and contribute to its success as well as support other departments of the Connected Secure Systems (CSS) Division in a wide range of activities.In your new role you will :

• Drive and develop the market model updates of the Division together with product lines and applications management functions
• Orchestrate the annual strategic planning process on Division and Business Line level in cooperation with different stakeholders
• Manage and further develop the market intelligence activities of the division for applications and technologies
• Support business lines and the top management with analyses and strategic recommendations on key topics
• Manage and further build-up the relations to external market analysts according to the needs of the division
• Support projects for the division, especially in the areas of strategic M&A and search of growth fields, among others
• Support the internal and external reporting activities of the division

You act initiatively and overcome challenging situations with creative solutions. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

Lastly, you concentrate your creativity and knowledge on producing results with real added value.

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

• A degree in business administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Information Technology or similar field, MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years of professional experience in market intelligence, corporate strategy or management consulting in a consultancy firm , preferably in semiconductors or high-tech industry
• Passion to work with data models as basis to formulate and test hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
• Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and interest in analyzing complex business topics
• In-depth knowledge in market intelligence , strategy and consulting methodologies and approaches
• Ability to be a team player with a positive mindset and be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and global locations
• Experience in preparing structured presentations for the top-management and the ability to effectively communicate complex business topics
• Excellent English and German communication and presentation skills
