LOCATION : Hamburg, Germany

SALARY : Negotiable

DURATION : 1 year rolling contract

Job Tasks :

Project management for laboratory / office expansion
Representing the division
Maintain an overview of various workstreams and their alignment including reporting at SteerCo GF level
Responsible for workplace strategy
Interface between broker / CBRE, to project developers and laboratory users
Business development / strategic planning
Financial planning

Your Profile :

Senior project manager

Experience in change management

Nice to have : project development in the real estate sector and in the semiconductor sector

Engineering knowledge is an advantage

Strong communication skills, also on C-Level

Self-confident demeanour

German / English fluency
