Roles and Responsibilities :
Management of Marketing Programs team
- Development of Marketing Programs team members to include giving guidance and managing priorities weekly meetings and status updates.
- Conduct quarterly TAP checkins and yearly performance reviews.
- Oversee operational activities handled by the team members across the Marketing department and assign responsibilities as business needs change.
Overseeing the of DACH events and programs
Responsible for overseeing the endtoend organization of Intuitive participation in designated congresses and the of customer events.Planning and coordinating event attendance with Marketing leads and Sales leadership.Conduct postevent debrief with Marketing leads to discuss opportunities for improvements.Responsible for updating and monitoring event budgets with team.Owner of event calendar and point of contact for eventrelated enquiries for business partners.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements of processes and solutions to increase efficiency in daily operations.Organization of marketing events for selected specialty
Liaise with Clinical Manager to determine sponsorship package according to budget and provide guidance on booth location and congress activities.Select booth type and design and manage all booth activities (testdrives meetings etc..Coordinate event logistics including mobile systems reservation registration websites and housing as needed.Ensure compliance requirements are met through submission of internal compliance requests.Submit Marcom projects needs to DACH MarCom and follow up on delivery of assets.Liaise with Marketing Manager to update internal Sales and Marketing Calendar.Track budget for each event and provide regular updates to Marketing Manager.Build strong relationships with vendors and use learnings from past events to increase efficiency in process.Qualifications :
Required Knowledge Skills and Experience :
7 years of congress or event organization experience medical device industry experience a plus.Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in marketing event management communication.Languages (spoken and written) : fluent in English and German other languages a plus.Superior verbal / written communication teamwork and interpersonal skills to work in crossfunctional teams.A keen ability to manage projects keeping to budget organizing prioritizing and coping with multiple tasks.Excellent leadership coaching and conflict resolution skills.Vendor negotiation experience.Flexible and reliable and strong attention to details.Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite.Travel up to 30 required.Additional Information :
