As Strategic Account Director at realworld one you will collaborate with key customers to address crucial challenges in their operations and service organizations through the use ofcuttingedge XR solutions. By acting as a trusted advisor you will work withsenior decision makers at the Director and VP levels to codevelop strategies tailored to their unique business objectives and oversee the implementation of impactful solutions. Reporting directly to either the VP Pharma or VP Life Sciences Instruments you will oversee strategic accounts build lasting partnerships and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders including Directors and VPs within key customers building and maintaining trusted relationships that drive longterm collaboration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities drive transformation and generate value by solving crucial customer challenges consistently exceeding customer expectations with our XR solutions.
- Partner with internal teamsincluding solution design production and implementationto ensure the successful delivery and implementation of transformative solutions that create measurable impact.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to (Senior) Strategic Account Managers fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent highimpact outcomes.
- Conduct indepth analyses of customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights that shaperealworld ones company strategy and product roadmap enabling continuous innovation and value creation.
Qualifications
Advanced degree preferably an MBA or a masters degree in a relevant field.5 years of postgraduate work experience with a demonstrated history of professional achievement and business impact.Experience in the consulting industry preferably at a tierone consulting firmExceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to oversee and deliver complex projects to successful outcomes.Deep expertise in the Life Sciences sector with a focus on Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments / Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a significant advantage.A growthoriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.About realworld one
