Responsibilities :

  • Controlling deadlines and monitoring the engineering phase as well as the production and assembly progress of customer-specific sealing solutions (e.g. for nuclear applications).
  • Organization and support of customer acceptance tests (3rd party inspection etc.)
  • Prioritization of orders together with all stakeholders
  • Close cooperation with all specialist departments (Sales, TSS, Engineering, Q-Planning, R+D, Production / Assembly etc.)
  • Coordination and evaluation of technical changes and changes to the scope of delivery
  • Coordination of the required technical documents and timely transmission to the customer
  • Creation of time and project plans (reporting)
  • Further development and improvement of the order processing procedure
  • Ensuring timely delivery to the customer

Qualifications :

  • Completed technical studies or completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic) with further training as a mechanical engineering technician / industrial foreman
  • Experience in technical project management
  • Strong communication skills and business fluent in German and English
  • Good technical understanding
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Project)
  • Independent, conscientious, structured way of working and confident demeanor
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, reliability, ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in the mechanical seal sector desirable
