Your Responsibilities
Growth and Strategic Account Management :
- Strategically develop and manage international key accounts in the data center segment (hyperscalers, colocation, and developers).
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships at C-suite level.
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Miller Heimann, Relationship Selling, and Value-Based Selling to drive systematic business development
- Having an extensive and growing network within the Data Center market as well as a broad professional background with strong sales and commercial experience and knowledge of the energy industry and large energy infrastructure solutions.
Segment Strategy & Market Development :
Co-develop and implement the central segment strategy for data centers in close collaboration with the Segment Lead.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for target markets, in conjunction with the Marketing function, and build use casesDevelop and establish Customer Value Propositions together with our Solutions Factory and responsible business unitsActively participate in relevant associations (e.g., GDA, EUDCA, Bitkom) and coordinate lobbying on national and EU levelsInternational Key Account Management Community & Knowledge Sharing :
Build and maintain an internal cross-country data center community to foster knowledge exchange and synchronize activities across business units.Collaborate closely with functional units and all relevant central functionsYour Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering or similarSeveral years of experience in international key account management or business development, ideally in energy infrastructure and with strong connection data centersStrong network within data center segmentProven track record in project managementProactive hands-on mentalityExcellent stakeholder management and proactive management of decision-making processesExperience in organizing and coordinating cross country teams or similar growth platformsStrong understanding of the economic, technical and legal context of complex energy infrastructure solutionsStrong entrepreneurial and sales mindsetAs part of our inspiring and dynamic international working atmosphere we have the following attractive employee benefits to keep you motivated and healthy :
