Essential Experience

The applying professional must have :

Extensive experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Knowledge in API, XML, GS1, FTP
German Language (Fluent)
English Language (Business Fluent)

Optional Experience

While not essential, some ‘cherry on top’ experience :

Experience in SAP

Role

My client, a global end customer headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany are looking to hire a Senior EDI Consultant to be responsible for the connection between key customers more and be point of care. Your role will include the implementation and optimization of EDI systems, connect them with their partners and ensure that our EDI processes run smoothly.

You will be responsible for :

Independently manage projects in EDI until completion

Lead workshops, working together with key stakeholders to understand the goals and requirements

Establishment and management of EDI with partners

Manage the connection technically for all EDI types - from the testing to launch

Contact person for all internal and external resources and coordinate them

Monitor all EDI performances and create reports for any improvements needed

Integrate EDI into our ERP systems (Microsoft and SAP)

Support for release changes and updates

Willing to travel as needed (10-20%)
