Your Role

In the role of a Principal / Lead Consultant you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will guide the team functionally and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training inhouse capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Understanding of Supply chain planning domain preferably in Life Science or Pharma Industry
• Have multiple cycles of leading implementation experience in complex supplychain solution design development and testing. With at least 1 full cycle Kinaxis implementation or rollout exposure in Solution Lead capacity
• Provide Solution Architecture System design in enabling creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.
• Configuring the Rapid response system for S&OP Demand Planning and Supply Planning capabilities
• Expertise in setting up resources (Workbooks Dashboards Forms Hierarchies Scheduled Tasks Scripts Automation chains etc).
• Implementing Forecast consumption forecast disaggregation and spreading Statistical Forecasting
• Deep understanding of Kinaxis Data model Inbound / Outbound data integration options
• Experience in system administration topics including User / Account management Deployment of changes across DEV QA and PROD systems
• Kinaxis Certification At minimum Solution Consultant Level 1 certification
