Project Director - Data Centres - 12-Month Contract - Frankfurt

Our client, a privately owned global construction consultancy, require the support of a Project Director for their Frankfurt based project.

This exciting organisation have built a reputation for delivering first class project and cost management for CAPEX project globally. Their data centre division has doubled in size over the last 3 years having built a strong reputation for some of the biggest tech companies in the world – meaning there could be no better time to join.


Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Management of GCs
• Pre construction activities and onsite delivery.
• Process driven project manager
• Leading meetings with GC, client & end client
• Manage the process of change orders and RFIs
• Timeline and budget reviews/management
• Ensure delivery and handover to client and engage with end-client team
• Process driven project manager
• Proven track record delivering Data Centre and Stakeholder management
