What you do

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a sales team for the UK & Europe-region (approximately 3-4 people)
• Taking over one's own area of responsibility (personnel as well as on a project level) including monitoring and steering
• Structural and conceptual development of strategies in the area of seal sales
• Proactive marketing of seal licenses and responsibility for sales processes with customers at all levels and from various industries in the UK- and Europe-region
• Project management (responsibility for sales projects, e.g., regarding sales or communication materials)
• Collaboration and coordination with cooperation and media partners

Your skills

Who you are

• Completed degree or comparable education in business administration
• Several years of experience in B2B sales as well as initial experience in leading (sales) employees
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and fulfilling a role model function
• Mother tongue : English (UK)
• Salesforce knowledge desirable but not required
