GMP Training Specialist Quality Assurance (mwd)

Am Standort Heidelberg suchen wir aktuell eine auf zwei Jahre befristete Elternzeitvertretung zur Unterstützung unseres Quality Assurance Teams.

Hauptbestandteil der Stelle ist die Mitarbeit bei allen Aktivitäten innerhalb der Qualitätssicherungsabteilung eines pharmazeutischen Produktionsstandortes. Ihre Hauptaufgaben werden Management Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Trainingssystems sein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Pflege und Verbesserung des bestehenden Schulungsprogramms.
• Analyse von Abweichungen Qualitätsproblemen usw. um zukünftige Schulungsthemen zu definieren.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen um Schulungsinhalte und -anforderungen für deren Mitarbeiter zu definieren.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Quality um bewährte Verfahren im gesamten Netzwerk auszutauschen und zu übernehmen und so eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung voranzutreiben.
• Mitarbeit bei allen Aktivitäten innerhalb der Qualitätssicherungsabteilung eines pharmazeutischen Produktionsstandortes.

Ihr Profil:

• Qualifikation im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich z. B. als Apotheker Biotechnologe Biologe oder vergleichbaren Studienabschlüssen mit Hintergrund in der chemischen biotechnologischen bzw. pharmazeutischen Industrie.
• Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle und/oder Qualitätssicherung in einem GMP-Umfeld.
• Erfahrung in der Definition relevanter GMP-Schulungen und der Durchführung von GMP-Schulungen für Mitarbeiter ist von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
• Erfahrung mit TrackWise ist von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) sind erforderlich.
• Arbeitserlaubnis.
