Senior Software Developer (m / f / d)

As a Senior Software Developer (m / f / d), you will play a key role in the conceptualization, development, and optimization of our complex software systems.

• Lead Development : Leading and executing demanding software development projects, from requirements analysis to go-live, while adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Technical Leadership : Assuming technical leadership in projects, coordinating development teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Quality Assurance : Conducting code reviews, ensuring test coverage, and continuously improving our development processes and tools.
• Problem and Requirements Analysis : Analyzing complex technical problems and customer requirements, developing and implementing software changes for WCS (warehouse management system), MFC (material flow controller), and OFS (Order Fulfillment System) systems.
• Mentoring and Coaching : Actively supporting and providing technical guidance to junior developers within the team.
• Strategic Consulting : Providing technical advice and working closely with customers, project teams and customer support.
• Process Optimization : Analyzing and optimizing support and development processes in an international environment, particularly regarding 24 / 7 operational requirements.
• Professional Experience : At least 7-10 years of profound professional experience in software development, ideally within the logistics, automation, or WCS + MFC environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical abilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex problems.
• Service Orientation : High degree of service and customer orientation.
