What You Will Be Doing

• Own the creation of LiveOps and monetisation events to drive engagement.
• Conduct quantitative data analysis to gain crucial insights into product performance, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and monetisation.
• Collaborate with Finance and other key partners to develop forecasts and business models, defining clear financial targets.
• Influence KPI growth by contributing to operational planning.
• Work in tandem with Analysts and Data Science teams to establish both short- and long-term A / B testing strategies.
• Refine systems and features following the A / B testing phase.
• Engage with Community Management to interact directly with players, gathering qualitative feedback to inform developments.
