The Talent Acquisition (TA) team hires the people who will enable business success. The team is fundamentally important in creating ready diverse talent bench for future leadership positions. TA leads all recruitment efforts globally (intern, professional, management & executive) for corporate and retail hiring needs and develops recruitment strategies to identify both current and future talent needs.

Talent Acquisition
Support the Headquarter Talent Acquisition Team in daily operations and initiativesAssist with posting job openings across internal and external platformsMaintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and process efficiencyScreen resumes and support initial candidate assessments (recruiter interview, prepare interview structure and / or assessment structure for hiring managers, etc.)Support the TA team to provide qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers and handle candidate communications, including rejectionsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teamsPrepare recruitment-related reports and presentations to support data-driven decisions (e.g. through LinkedIn Insights reports)Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, talent gaps & prioritiesSupport in proactively building talent pools for identified job families in the assigned business areaSupport the planning and execution of university, internal, and external recruiting eventsHandle ad hoc administrative tasks related to recruitment as neededHR Business Partnering
