Luna Socks is an e-commerce startup that sells custom pet socks, allowing customers to upload images of their pets to have them printed on high-quality socks. As the leading brand in our sector in Europe, we are expanding into new markets, including Latam. We are looking for a new remote customer support team member who is native in Spanish and answers questions from our Spanish and Latam customers on weekends.
Tasks
- Respond to Customer Queries : Provide timely and professional assistance via email and social media platforms in Spanish.
- Resolve Issues : Handle complaints, process refunds, manage exchanges, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Order Management : Track orders, answer questions about delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
- Brand Advocacy : Represent the company’s values and ensure a positive brand image in every interaction.
Requirements
Must be proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.Prior experience in customer service is preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Availability to work over the week (~40hrs).
