Your tasks

• Regular production process and quality data collection and corresponding statistical evaluation including the assessment of intervention requirements Identification and implementation of measures for process and plant optimization
• Managing challenges in the day-to-day business of the plant Preparation and production-side support of capital projects Identification, processing and, if necessary, management of improvement projects Creation / processing of RCIs ("Root Cause Analyses")
• Cross-departmental collaboration with other departments (e.g. Research, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain)

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of process engineering, technical chemistry, chemical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the production area of a chemical plant or related plant technology desirable
• Experience in the necessary processes for commissioning new production plants desirable (e.g. coordination of different trades, monitoring of schedules and budgets, creation of procedures and work instructions, etc.

Understanding of structured change processes in the production and project environment required ("Management of Change")

• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good balance between technical expertise and hands-on mentality
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, high level of commitment and assertiveness
• Good to very good written and spoken English skills
• IT skills : MS Office and knowledge of statistical programs
