Senior Project Engineer BESS

What will you do?

As a Senior Project Engineer BESS at Alfen, you take full technical ownership of modular energy storage projects-from sales proposal to installed and tested systems ready for operation. You work closely with project leaders, installation managers, designers, assembly teams, and customers to deliver safe, functional, and compliant solutions.

Your key responsibilities :

• Translate customer-specific requirements into creative and functional electrical solutions.
• Design, review, and adapt electrical diagrams, engineering drawings, and parts lists.
• Perform electrical calculations and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams for alignment and consistency.
• Support product and control solution testing in the field.
• Provide technical input during pre-sales and after-sales activities.
• Actively contribute to product and quality improvements.
