HR Business Partner Germany
ArcelorMittal BD Recycling is looking for an HR Generalist to support the company in two areas : 1. support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in selected HR areas 2.
operational support of the organization in Germany. Work location of the position is possible in Eppingen, Sennfeld or Frankfurt am Main
Your areas of responsibility
- Independent and comprehensive implementation of operational HR work in close cooperation with the Shared Service Payroll in Eisenhüttenstadt
- Organization of the entire recruiting process - from requirements planning and job advertisements to applicant selection and recruitment
- Onboarding new employees
- Advising and supporting our specialists and managers on all HR-related issues
- Clarification of employment, social security and tax-related framework conditions for HR work
- Developing and implementing the annual training plan
- Budgeting and managing personnel costs
- Close cooperation with the local works council
- Personnel administration
Your profile to start successfully in the position :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business administration, human resources management, psychology or labor law
- min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of labor, social security and payroll tax law
- Detailed and structured way of working
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
- High level of commitment, analytical approach
- fluent German speaking, very good communication level in English
