Lead and scale yfoods global e-commerce business as a core pillar of the omnichannel growth strategy driving revenue profitability and international expansion in close alignment with local market and retail priorities.

• Full ownership of the global E-Commerce P&L (DTC and Amazon) including revenue margin pricing promotions and product offering
• Lead E-Shop & Tech Stack (Shopify) Performance Marketing and CRM teams
• Own forecasting budgeting and integrated business planning across markets
• Drive international market roll-outs and use e-commerce as an enabler for retail and omnichannel expansion
• Scale performance marketing conversion and Customer Lifetime Value including subscription models
• Evolve CRM towards retention- loyalty- and lifecycle-driven growth
• Own the e-commerce technology and UX roadmap to ensure scalability and speed
• Act as strategic counterpart to Influencer Marketing as part of the acquisition and mid-funnel setup (non-disciplinary)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

812 years of experience in E-Commerce Digital Growth or performance-led businesses

Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial mindset

Deep expertise in performance marketing CRO and CRM

Experience in international and omnichannel environments preferred

Excellent communication skills (Englisch C1))

With yfood we are the market leader in the smart food category in Germany a new category of products with a complete nutrient profile that are quickly and easily available at any time. Since our founding in 2017 we have been making innovative complete food in the form of drinks bars as well as powders enabling simpler better nutrition - especially in everyday situations where it is not always easy to have a balanced diet due to time or availability issues. The products contain all the essential micro- and macronutrients our body needs - without sacrificing taste. Sustainability is also important to us. For example we use resources responsibly and have been a carbon-neutral company since 2021. Currently more than 180 food enthusiasts are working on our vision of making balanced nutrition easier.
