Within our Group CSO, in the area of decarbonization, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative and Management Assistant (f / m / d) . You will directly report to the position Vice President Global Decarbonization. Your place of work will be Heidelberg, Germany.
To achieve our goal of reducing specific net CO2 emissions to 400 kg CO2 per ton of cementitious material by 2030, the decarbonization department will focus on advancing decarbonization through the development of CO2-reduced products, supplementary cementitious materials (SCM), alternative fuels, and promoting recycling and circular economy. These areas need to be significantly accelerated and focused globally in the coming years to ensure our ambitious goal remains achievable.
In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the Vice President Global Decarbonization as well as the team with their day-to-day administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Administrative Support :
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain and organize files and records
Assist with office supply management and procurement
Management Support :
Assist in project management and track progress of various initiatives
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Support budget preparation and expense tracking
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or management assistant role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
