HR Business Partner R&D (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities :
- Own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding
- Provide support as trusted local HRBP, change agent and member of the R&D management team
- Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and R&D stakeholders
- Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies
- Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth
- Participate in regional / global HR projects
Your profile
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Proven working experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in R&D or Technology
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, especially SAP SuccessFactors
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, including overseas headquarters
- Resilient, confident and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and fluent in English
