In the Faculty IV : School of Science and Technology , ETI , we are looking for a researcher as of the 01.04.2025 at the following conditions :
- 100% 39,83 hours
- Pay grade 13 TV-L
- Temporary for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension
Your tasks :
Collaborations in the main research areas :
- Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Reliability of technical systems
In particular, the research should focus on the following topics :
- Modelling, analysis, and equivalence of test methods in Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Extending Electromagnetic Compatibility to aspects of reliability, safety, and risk analysis
- Publication of research results in renowned journals and active participation in conferences
- Support of research and teaching, supervision of students and participation in administrative tasks
- Support of the Bachelor and Master programs of the department
- Teaching commitment : 4 SWS
Your profile :
Very good Master degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Physics
Very good knowledge in electromagnetic field theory or microwave engineering
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, very good communication skills
Very good command of written and spoken German and Englisch language (level C1)
