You have apassion for people management and simultaneously want to drive forward our Cyber Security Operations Centeroffering technically bringing in your own ideas experiences and values Then this is your chance!

In the role of Team Lead CyberSOC (all genders) you will be primarily responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of oursecurity expert team in theCyberSOC. In close cooperation with the Global CyberSOC other GlobalOperations unitsand of course your team you safeguard IT and OT assets of our customers.

It would be perfect if you live near our CyberSOC hub located in Augsburg or our Munich based headquarter and can join us promptly.

Key responsibilities :

In addition to ensure the professional and personal development of your team members you will be responsible for the following on a strategical tactical and operational level :

  • Implementation of the CyberSOC operations overall strategies
  • Continuous improvement of services delivered to our customers
  • Functioning as a point of contact for internal teams and customers
  • Collaborating with the CyberSOC management as well as other managers and service ownersto contribte to thedevelopment of current and newstrategies
  • Monitoring of local service activation / customer onboardingprojects
  • Analysis of KPIs and monthly reporting thereof
  • Ensure a high quality of monthly reports for our customers

Skills & experience you should bring along :

  • Successfully completed studies in Computer Science with a focus on IT security or comparable vocationaltraining
  • Several years of professional experience in a (Cyber)SOC as well as comprehensiveknowhow in the field of security analysis incident detection & response ideally within a (Cyber)SOC
  • Initial experience in the professional and disciplinary management of a team and a passion for the further development of employees
  • A high level of social competence while acting and thinking in an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A solutionoriented mind and analytical conceptual andproblem solving skills
  • Team spirit as well ascustomer orientation paired withaconfident appearance andvery gooddiscussion and negotiation skills
  • Business fluencyin both GERMAN AND ENGLISH
