An industry leading international IPP with a 2,000+ MW renewable portfolio across solar, wind, and BESS is scaling fast through global expansion. To support this growth, they’re seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide their Land Acquisition Managers and drive new project success.
Job Description :
- Lead and expand the land acquisition team in Eastern + Northern Germany, overseeing projects from greenfield to planning and supporting through to construction readiness.
- Coordinate all processes from initial contact with property owners to site assessments and contractual agreements.
- Represent company interests while integrating stakeholder needs, fostering collaboration.
- Remain hands-on in land acquisition activities, directly engaging with stakeholders and driving project progress.
- Act as the company’s external representative at trade fairs, community meetings, and industry events.
