We are looking for an EU Evidence Generation Lead Developmental Epileptic Encephalopathies and Epilepsy (m/f/d) who is strategic collaborative and highly self-driven to join us in our Rare Diseases & Epilepsy team based in Monheim Germany.

About the role

You will lead and execute evidence generation strategies across Europe to support patient access and the differentiation of our therapies for developmental epileptic encephalopathies and epilepsy. This highly external-facing role ensures robust impactful projects and maximizes the visibility of our evidence generation activities.

Who youll work with

You will collaborate closely with EU country medical teams global colleagues and external partners. Youll engage with key opinion leaders regulatory bodies and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives in a matrix organization.

What youll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and EU country teams
• Oversee development and execution of evidence generation plans in key markets
• Drive delivery of EU-level projects ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards
• Represent UCB at scientific forums and with regulatory and reimbursement bodies
• Champion innovative digital solutions to enhance evidence generation
• Lead capability building and training for EU teams
• Collaborate across matrix teams and work independently to achieve objectives

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

• Bachelors degree with relevant professional experience required; Masters or PhD preferred
• 5 years experience in evidence generation preferably in epilepsy or rare diseases
• Proven ability to thrive in a complex matrix organization
• Demonstrated team player with excellent collaboration skills yet highly self-driven and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and policy shaping
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Digital literacy and agile mindset
