Location : Remote with occasional travel to client site in Germany, Berlin (Expensed)

Engagement : Full-time (40 hours / week) or part-time

Contract : ASAP - March 2025 (with possibility of extension)

Join our consulting client to support a major IT transformation in the financial sector. Shape ServiceNow solutions and drive digitalization in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement technical architectures for ServiceNow solutions.
Optimize and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within ServiceNow.
Integrate and enhance GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) Risk Management solutions in ServiceNow.
Configure and manage the CMDB ITOM module to support operational and IT processes.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements in regulated sectors such as insurance or banking.
Analyze and optimize existing information networks in line with regulatory standards.
Advise and collaborate with stakeholders to capture technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Requirements :

Residency and unrestricted work rights within the EU.

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).

Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Expertise in ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model).

Technical expertise in GRC Risk Management.

Technical expertise in CMDB ITOM module.

Experience in information network management within regulated industries such as insurance or banking.

Proven track record in managing and implementing IT projects.
