We are currently looking for an Fixed-term Event Marketing Manager (m / f / x) for our Berlin office in order to expand our international team :
Your responsibilites :
- You will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing events and trade shows
- You perform strategic event research, analysis and decision making
- You will manage budget, communicate with service providers, organizers and involve relevant stakeholders in event planning
- You provide content for trade show materials and brief all participants
- You are responsible for event follow-up, including maintaining lead lists and gathering attendee feedback
- You will work closely with our go-to-market team (marketing, sales, customer success management)
Your profile :
You have a background in marketing, event management, communications or a related fieldYou have experience in trade show construction, project planning and respective tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, Excel)A passion for event marketing, design, digital technologies and the hospitality / tourism industryStructured, proactive and result oriented working attitude and strong communication skillsHands-on-mentality and the commitment for a journey in a professional and growing startup enterprise, where you can leverage your experience and creativityEnglish at native level, German or other languages are a plusAbout us
