PROJECT PURCHASER (M / F / D)

To strengthen our team in Wuppertal , we are looking for a Project Purchaser (m / f / d)

This is what we expect

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in industrial engineering or Business Administration with a technical background
  • Perennial work experience in international purchasing
  • Strong negotiating competence and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of SAP R / 3 is an advantage
  • Excellent German and fluent proficiency in spoken and written English

This is what expects you

  • Active participation in the product development process to achieve the purchasing goals – quality, costs and time
  • Evaluation and analysis of offers and elaboration of make-or-buy decisions
  • Selecting suppliers, preparation and implementation of negotiations up to the final assignment
  • Progress monitoring and start-up coordination from the prototype to the series production
  • Change management during the project phase
  • Monitoring and analysis of international procurement markets
  • Participation in optimizing supply chains, processes and purchasing tools
