German Speaking Customer Support | Move to Portugal

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by email.
  • Identify customer needs.

  • Native German / Level C2
  • The training will be given in English, you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
  • Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients via phone and emails
