These are your main areas of activity
- Implementation of IMAC services
- Setting up and dismantling hardware for installations and relocations
- Unpacking, physical connection and installation of system components
- Carrying out power-on tests and functional tests
- Maintenance of checklists and recording of asset data
- Inventory and asset maintenance in the customer tool
- Carrying out basic hardware repairs according to parts and solution proposal
- Fault tracking for unsuccessful repairs
- Hardware upgrades and installations according to instructions
- Adjustment of network parameters according to specifications
- 1st level support in standardized and documented solution steps
- Support in the maintenance and support of IT systems
