We're now searching for a Head of Digital marketing to improve the performance of their digital marketing efforts. We need someone who thinks strategically, analytically and can make a huge impact to their leads funnel over a number of their campaign tools.
What You'll Do :
- Digital Strategy Leadership : Design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy as part of broader business and marketing plans, with a focus on performance marketing and demand generation.
- SEO / SEA Optimization : Manage website content for search engines and oversee paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and traffic.
- Channel Management : Collaborate with digital agencies and software vendors to refine channels, lead generation, bidding, and targeting strategies.
- Performance Analysis : Conduct research and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign profitability and contribute to annual marketing budgets, KPIs, and sales forecasts.
- Team Building : Recruit, build, and lead a digital team to develop and implement a robust paid social strategy aimed at increasing reach, followers, engagement, and revenue.
- Campaign Design : Develop campaigns, content, and video strategies that align with our goals and objectives, working closely with the Marketing team.
- Campaign Management : Set up and manage comprehensive digital campaigns, including nurturing campaigns.
- Leadership : Plan and lead team-building and recruitment strategies to foster a strong, innovative team.
What You Bring :
- Experience : Over 10 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of building online capabilities and driving innovation in scale-up businesses.
- Education : Degree in engineering, digital marketing, business studies, or a related field.
- Technical Skills : Excellent knowledge of Marketing Automation and Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Data Analysis : Strong ability to interpret complex data and extract insights for business growth and optimization.
- Growth Implementation : Experience in driving change and opportunities through effective digital strategies.
- Results-Oriented : Proven ability to deliver KPIs, measurable outputs, and financial results.
- Project Management : Strong project management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Marketing Expertise : Management experience in email marketing, social media, PPC display, and retargeting campaigns.
- SEO Knowledge : Deep understanding of SEO ranking factors and proficiency with Google Ads tools.
- Language Skills : Fully fluent in English; German language skills are an added advantage.
