Business Process Consultant - Global Legal & Compliance (m/w/d)
Your Mission
- You are responsible for the continuous development and quality assurance of an E2E process landscape (e.g. identification and modeling of business processes)
- You maintain and further develop existing process management tools
- You are responsible for training, coaching and advising specialist departments and users
- You analyze and identify potential for improvement and measurement criteria / key figures
- You moderate and conduct process workshops and requirements management
- You provide methodical support and advice for organizational projects
Your Talents
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in using process management software (e.g. process mining) and modeling methods (e.g. BPMN2.0)
- SIX SIGMA and / or project management knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills
- Very good German and English skills
