Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with clients to drive the transformation of their business using process mining and AI technologies.
  • Define strategies for process optimisation of their core processes and data quality.
  • Provide management advisory services, ensuring alignment between business goals and technological capabilities.
  • Analyze business requirements for insurance core processes and design innovative solutions leveraging process mining and AI.
  • Evaluate and develop implementation strategies to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assess and visualize the impacts of transformation projects on business areas and processes, utilizing data-driven insights.

Your Profile

  • Experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant within the insurance sector , with a focus on process mining and AI applications.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, with expertise in organizing and facilitating workshops.
  • Experience in migration projects related to process mining and AI is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Excellent business proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
