Manager* Global Digitalization Projects - Clinical Trial Supply Management (CTSM)
As part of the BioNTech Global Digitalization Project Management Team you will lead digitalization projects in the field of software development and engineering of automated systems in a regulated environment (GxP).
In detail, we are looking for Software Project Managers in the area of Clinical Trial Supply Management (CTSM) focusing from End-to-End perspective with regards to GxP compliant solutions.
Your main responsibilities are :
Strategic Planning
- Assess current supply chain processes and technologies to identify digitalization opportunities
- Align with the company’s overall digital strategy
- Develop together with business representatives and software experts a digital roadmap to execute the strategy
Project Management
- Lead and manage digitalization projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans including budgets and resource allocation
- Manage coordination with cross-functional teams
- Build, maintain, and manage high performing project teams
- Monitor risks & issues related to individual projects, escalate to manager, determine and monitor mitigation and take corrective actions
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Cross-functional planning, coordination and monitoring of multiple interdisciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate training and change management activities
Technology Implementation and Integration
- Oversee the selection and implementation of digital tools and solutions
- Ensure integration of new digital solutions with existing systems and processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across digital platforms
Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify and assess risks associated with digitalization projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to cybersecurity and data privacy
What you have to offer :
- Strong processual knowledge and deep understanding of supply chain operations
- Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- Experiences in regulated environments and knowledge in the deployment of digital solutions
- Computer System Validation experience would be highly beneficial. Specific knowledge in the area / system is a plus
- Strong technical, analytical, regulatory (GxP) and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive directions
- Excellent communication and presentation and stakeholder management skills. Very good English skills, written and orally
- Fast perception of new knowledge and efficient problem-solving skills with high personal commitment within a matrix and fast paced environment
