Requirements

  • You have experience (5+ years) in setting up and managing complex IT infrastructures and are familiar with the administration of common systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, endpoint management, network management)
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to actively intervene in the implementation and optimization of IT systems and solutions
  • You have extensive knowledge in the field of information security (e.g. ISO 27001) and have successfully implemented various IT security solutions
  • You are highly motivated to reshape healthcare in Germany and ideally already have experience in a practice or hospital environment
  • You speak German at C1 level and English on a C1 level

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design, support and further development of the IT infrastructure at all locations (head office, practices, clinic) with a focus on modern and efficient solutions
  • Responsibility for IT security and close collaboration with our regulatory team to implement compliance issues
  • Building an effective team (internal and external) to ensure smooth management of the IT infrastructure
  • Support the development team in the delivery of digital products and services

    Hiring Process

    1) Initial Chat (Virtual) : A brief introduction and overview of the role & mutual get-to-know each other with HR. Duration approx. 30 minutes.

    2) Personal Fit Interview (Virtual) : Assessing cultural and team fit with CTO

    3) Case Interview : Onsite, followed by two further interviews focused on technical and strategic aspects. CTO will attend.
