Hiring Process
1) Initial Chat (Virtual) : A brief introduction and overview of the role & mutual get-to-know each other with HR. Duration approx. 30 minutes.
2) Personal Fit Interview (Virtual) : Assessing cultural and team fit with CTO
3) Case Interview : Onsite, followed by two further interviews focused on technical and strategic aspects. CTO will attend.
