Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
3-5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on Requirements Engineering in the FMCG industry.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in IT Project Management.
Proficiency in requirements management tools and project management software.
Certification in Requirements Engineering (IREB CPRE) and / or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of FMCG industry processes (particularly sales processes) and systems is an advantage.
Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams.
Independent self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
