A.Padelat GmbH is an IT company operating throughout Germany in the areas of development, digitization, sales, and support of POS systems, payment solutions, electronic dispensing systems, and industry-specific hardware and software solutions. Our activities focus on the catering / hotel, bakery, and chain retail sectors. Our goal is to be a long-term and reliable partner for our customers for all IT solutions related to organization, billing, and control, while maintaining and continuously developing our technologically leading products.

As a leading company in our industry, we are currently looking for two :

Technical employees (m / f / d) on a part-time (35 hours) or full-time (40 hours) basis

for the area of : Service and customer support

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include the preparation, setup, and installation of POS systems and supplementary hardware and software solutions in the workshop and at our customers' premises. You will also be responsible for instructing, training, and commissioning the systems at our customers' premises. You will be available to our customers as a contact person for service and technical support on site and via the hotline. Work at our customers' premises is usually within the regional daily commute area from Monday to Friday. For larger installations, it is sometimes possible to work throughout Germany for several days, but this is not the norm. With your advice, information, and experience from day-to-day business, you will actively support the sales and development of our products. You will take part in regular product and service training courses with suppliers and manufacturers. With the right level of interest and commitment, it is also possible to quickly progress to the position of service team leader.

Qualifications

Your profile : You have completed training in an IT or electrical engineering profession and / or have relevant experience in working with hardware and software. We also welcome university dropouts, career changers, and young professionals.

Manual skills, technical understanding, and analytical thinking are also important requirements. You work independently, autonomously, in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You are characterized by your teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, and commitment. You have a Class B driver's license.

Experience with POS systems, computerized cash registers, or merchandise management solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement. Fluency in spoken and written German is required; English is an advantage.
