Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Payroll Consultant to lead and deliver effective payroll solutions within our HR systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position requires close collaboration with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities :
SAP Payroll Configuration :
- Configure and adapt SAP Payroll modules to meet specific business needs.
- Manage payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and calculation processes.
Payroll Processing and Support :
Oversee the complete payroll cycle and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.Support year-end and periodic payroll activities, including tax reporting and filings.Integration and Interfaces :
Facilitate integration between SAP Payroll and other HR and financial systems.Coordinate data exchanges with third-party applications.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Partner with HR and finance teams to align payroll practices with organizational policies.Provide end-user training and technical guidance as required.Documentation and Compliance :
Maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll configurations and processes.Ensure all payroll activities meet compliance and audit standards.
