Areas of responsibilities :
- Drive and develop the lean organization, ensure operational excellence and efficiencies in all areas of the company
- Directly manage and coordinate Brand Operations which include the interface management to Omnichannel Sales Operations, Business Processes & PMO, Supply Chain, Project Management, Digital / IT and steer them by focused target setting and execution monitoring
- Continuous improvement and the learning organization is the daily task including development and optimization of the operational processes into best practice
- Collaborate with C-Level and peers to execute the organizational vision, mission, strategy and company culture
- Manage capital investments and expenses to ensure the company achieves its financial targets relative to growth and profitability in the most cost effective way
- Optimizing the company's End to End entire supply chain in terms of costs, quality and on time and reduce risks on constant basis
- Monitor performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and create KPI-based reporting structures both current and forecasting
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners and stakeholders
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention in the area of responsibility. Develop your existing team and future talents
Your profile of qualification :
Studies of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar education e.g. Business Administration with an excellent technical understandingProfound years relevant work experience, preferably in an international environmentHigh Leadership experience regarding interdisciplinary international teams and in a complex matrix organizationManagement track record in family-owned companies appreciatedExcellent English and German skills
