Human Resources Manager
- Job Title : HR Manager

- Location : flexible within Germany preferred / ideal locations might be big hubs like : Frankfurt , Dusseldorf, Berlin etc
- Package : 50 000 to 55 000 Euros / annum gross / brute + benefits ( for equality purposes, the starting point is set in stone)
- Contract : full-time German contract
- Flexibility : hybrid (typically a lot of home office flexibility is possible with occasional trips across Germany / DACH region that the company cover)
WHO MIGHT MATCH THIS JOB?
- Previous HR Manager / HR Specialist profile
- G erman & English language skills essential (as is for an international brand)
- Experience in German market and ideally some DACH / Central European experience too
- Up-to-date on employment law and best practice HR strategies (like employee engagement)
- Conformable to be designated and central Contact / lead for German / DACH market
- Alignment contact for other countries
- Experience with merger / acquisition situations a plus (company bought some other firms)
- Interest in Marketing Industries (Digital, Retail etc) a bonus
