Your daily tasks will include
direct the sales organization towards customer-centricity in alignment with existing growth objectives, focusing on order intake and revenue
actively seeking out new business opportunities and prospects within assigned accounts
building (managing) long-term key relationships with customers and effectively communicating at all levels of decision-making to understand their needs
drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and value through effective management of customer relationships
conducting sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales target
participation in the "Customer Leadership Team" and coordination with supervisor & project management for monthly revenue planning and reporting
collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address key areas for improvement in customer management processes and systems
The following will make you succeed in this role
at least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales
ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue management
deep understanding of your market and existing customers' challenges, enabling you to craft compelling sales stories that create value for them
experience in managing simultaneous exchanges with an array of stakeholders, internal and external, across along as well as short sales cycle deals
ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data (. hubspot)
excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English and ability to work with people from different national and international locations
