Your Responsibilities

  • Using our customer data and marketing platform, create, update and maintain marketing communications across a number of channels - email, mobile notifications, website / app banners and direct mail
  • Work closely with the CRM and business teams, assisting them in running well performing CRM campaigns
  • Monitor and report on any CRM performance insights to the relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure our automated communications are always up to date and of high quality

Your Profile

Essential :

  • Experience of using CRM software to build and schedule email campaigns. Bloomreach experience would be preferential
  • Native English speaker with good written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills such as Polish, Finnish, Dutch or Spanish would be beneficial
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in CRM with a proven record of developing and implementing campaigns through email
  • Strong attention to detail and natural drive to deliver high quality end product
  • Communicative team-player, ready to jump in and support other team members whenever needed

    • Nice to have :

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS languages
  • Experience with automated campaigns in CRM
  • Background in financial services, or willingness to learn quickly about this sector as a minimum
  • Mobile push notification and / or direct mailing experience
