Responsibilities :

  • Administrative support for the Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
  • Managing and maintaining processes like iLiss / Codesoft, DAM Celum, Hybris PIM, PDM
  • Supporting Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) – Netigate
  • Acting as Online Manager for platforms such as e-Seller, Hartmann Direct, and hartmann.info
  • Conducting quarterly queries and further analyses to support the team
  • Internal communication tasks, such as event organization , information management , and data provision
  • Tender management support

Qualifications :

  • Completed commercial education or a bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally, experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing (with an IT focus)
  • Proficient use of digital tools
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Ability to gather, exchange, and shape new improvements
  • Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity
  • Solution- and results-oriented approach
  • Fluent in English and German
