Are you a passionate HR professional with expertise in ServiceNow? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRSD Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of digital ServiceNow HR solutions.

About the Role :

As a Senior HRSD Consultant, you will :

  • Lead and implement projects and sub-projects related to ServiceNow HR management.
  • Analyse and evaluate HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the conceptual design of innovative HR solutions.
  • Provide technical and professional advice to project teams.
  • Conduct training courses and workshops to enhance team competence.
  • Support sales efforts to promote company growth.
  • Transfer knowledge within the organization to foster employee development.
  • Conduct presentations and customer appointments in German and English.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in human resources management, business administration, (business) IT, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in consulting and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow or similar with HR systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personnel management processes.
  • Ability to implement projects on time and adapt to customer requirements.
  • Fluency in German and English.
