Duties and responsibilities

Develops and refines interior design concepts through sketches, 3D modeling, and prototypes.
Leads design reviews, providing creative and strategic input to enhance design direction.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
Ensures design feasibility by integrating technical, regulatory, and production constraints.
Mentors junior designers and contributes to the professional development of the design team.

Requirements

Education / Experience

Bachelor degree or above, in industrial or transportation design.

Express a high level of creativity through sketching, digital sketching, and final digital rendering.

Possess a solid theoretical foundation of interior car design from sketch to production, to be able to lead a design from first sketch until final tooling release.

Knowledge

Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software as well as general knowledge of modelling software.

Proficient English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills.

Skills and Competencies

Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated & learning.

Proactive and creative.

Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
